Empire Earth is a real-time strategy game set across a range of different time periods. The game puts players in control of an entire civilization. Typical games start in the Stone Age with just a handful of units. Players must then use strategy, resources and exploration to grow the empire. New technologies become available as the civilization progresses over the course of the game. Computer controlled opponents will also be advancing and gaining territory during that time.
